The Portal is intended solely for individuals with an account placed with Western Mercantile Agency, Inc., or authorized users.
Unauthorized access or misuse of the Portal is strictly prohibited.
Use of this Portal does not create any new contractual obligation beyond the underlying account.

By using the Portal, you agree to:

By providing your email address or telephone number and using the Portal, you consent to receive communications electronically, including legally required notices and disclosures.
Electronic communications may be delivered via:
· Portal notifications
· SMS/text message (where applicable)
· Other lawful electronic means
These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such information be provided in writing.
Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic communication at no charge by contacting us.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal may limit Portal functionality.
Hardware & Software Requirements
Access requires an internet-enabled device, a current web browser, and the ability to download or print documents.
5. Automated Communications & AI Disclosure
By providing contact information, you authorize WMA to communicate with you using lawful methods, including:
· Automated dialing systems
· Prerecorded or artificial voice messages
· SMS/text messaging
· Email communications
· AI-assisted chat or messaging tools
These communications may relate to account status, payment reminders, or settlement options.
Consent to automated communications is not a condition of payment or resolution.
You may opt out of text communications by replying “STOP” or by contacting us directly.
Certain Portal interactions may utilize automated or AI-assisted systems. These systems are not live agents. You may request to speak with a live representative at any time.
6. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers
Name, address, telephone number, email address, account number, and Social Security number (as permitted by law).
Financial Information
Account balances, payment history, and payment information are processed through secure third-party vendors.
Internet Activity Information
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and Portal usage data.

Records of communications and transactions related to accounts placed for collection.
Audio Information

Western Mercantile Agency, Inc.:
· Does not sell personal information
· Does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law
· Does not use personal information for targeted advertising

· Analyze aggregated Portal usage

12. Washington Consumer Health Data
WMA does not knowingly collect consumer health data as defined under Washington law through this Portal.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, regulatory, and operational obligations.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WMA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal.
Nothing in this section limits rights that may not be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Portal shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oregon.
16. Payment Posting Policy
Payments are applied on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis unless otherwise designated by you and confirmed by WMA.
To designate a payment to a specific account, contact our office prior to or immediately after submitting payment.
17. Updates
We may revise this document periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
